Fieldmobi Frontline is designed for organizations aiming to connect their frontline teams, resources, and operations. It caters to various roles including service, maintenance, sales, drivers, equipment operators, inspectors, mechanics, cleaning staff, floor staff, construction workers and beyond.

Fieldmobi Frontline is a user-friendly platform that requires minimal training. However we are offering free implementation support to early users via video calls to help roll out the application. We will continue offering paid enterprise support in the future but recommend that you sign up as soon as possible to get the access to our services for free.

Although Fieldmobi requires an internet connection to sync and view data on the dashboard as it is a cloud-based application, the mobile app stores any data collected even when offline and transfers it when connectivity returns. This means that any data collected from remote locations will have accurate time and location capture even if there is no internet and will reflect on the dashboard when the mobile is able to send it.

Fieldmobi Frontline comes with multi-layer search and filters. This means that you can not only search for one thing at a time but filter down data across multiple fields together. You can also add multiple search parameters in the same field using 'or' and 'and'. These filters don't simply help you find things, they also reflect in reports and graphical analysis.

Information Manager is a module that helps you keep all your company's important data in one place. You can store and access details like product lists, team information, site specifics, and more. It also lets you create profiles for people, organizations, and assets.

Team Manager provides a set of applications to manage teams that are spread out across various locations. Whether you're managing a sales or service team or a large number of widely distributed retail outlets, the applications can help manage your entire field team remotely, with hardly any effort put into setting it up.

Issue Manager allows you to report issues, defects and incidents from the field with media and location information as well as assign issues to relevent parties to resolve and then verify them. It also comes with Smart Notes based reporting for end users and customers to send simple messages to reports issue they face without requiring much training. An unlimited number of end users can be added regardless of the pack size selected.

The Activity Manager offers a suite of applications enabling you to assign activities, receive work reports and updates, monitor dispatch and deliveries, schedule inspections and maintenance, report and resolve issues, and track assets and operations.

Since Fieldmobi Frontline is a cloud-based solution, there are no system requirements for installing software or hardware.

Fieldmobi's image capture feature allows users to easily take photos in the field. It also automatically captures the time and location where the photo was taken. This helps prevent proxies and validate the image.
The image attach option is provided so you can easily select and upload image files from your device. It is very similar to the image capture option in terms of features but is kept seperate because the location and time of the image attached cannot be validated.
