“Service(s)” means cloud software and apps provided for organisations, which include offline and online mobile solutions. You may use the Services for commercial purposes or for internal business purposes inside the organisation you represent. You can access the Services using any Internet browser that the Services support. You are responsible for getting Internet connection and the equipment required to use the Services. With your user account, you can create and edit content, as well as publish and share it if you like.

“User(s)” or “You(r)” means any natural or legal person including but not limited to any company, firm, sole proprietorship or other associations of individuals, who visits, search or access our Website and/ or Application and includes a Registered User.

2.1 We receive and store a variety of information when you access or use the website and/or application including but not limited to information about your web browser, IP address, necessary cookies stored on your device and other information. When you register for the mobile application, we might also request access to the camera, call history, photo library, and other data stored on the device. This access is required for our applications to function. Additionally, location-based data is gathered to find nearby contacts and create location-based reminders, among other things. This information will only be given to our mapping service providers, who will use it to map the locations of users.

2.2 You can change the settings on your mobile device at any time to prevent the mobile applications from accessing this data. The information stored on your mobile device, including location data, will be used in the context of the mobile application, transferred to and associated with your account in the relevant services.

2.3 We receive and store certain types of information whenever you connect with us. For instance, when your web browser accesses our website and/or app we obtain certain kinds of information.

2.4 When You are visiting Our website and/ or application as a User, We collect session data through our tools, which shall include but not limited to the following:

2.6 Review and Erasure of Personal Data furnished by Registered Users Registered Users shall have right to review the Personal Data provided by them to Us and request correction and amendment of any such Personal Data which is inaccurate or deficient.

3.3 We may reserve the right to use any other tracking mechanism such as Google analytics. According to the terms of service for Google Analytics, Google keeps a track of how our Service is being used. Other Google services receive access to this data. Google may personalize and contextualize the adverts on its own advertising network using the information gathered. 6.3 Fieldmobi employees and independent contractors have need-to-know access to the information covered. Fieldmobi requires all employees and independent contractors to respect our Privacy Policy when it comes to personal information that we share with them.

6.4 We may provide paid items and/or services through the Service. In that scenario, we use third-party payment processing providers. We will not store or collect your credit card information. That information is transmitted directly to our third-party payment processors, whose Privacy Policies control their use of your personal information

6.5 For production applications, Fieldmobi uses third-party Cloud Services cloud with their industry-leading data center infrastructure security and reliability. Please see the terms and conditions for the appropriate third-party services for further information on all compliance and security certifications.

6.6 On special Customer request, Fieldmobi may agree to host apps on other cloud providers, private clouds, or data centers. Customers would be responsible for the security and availability of data centers, infrastructure, networking, and essential servers in such circumstances, and would need to follow licensing and maintenance options on an individual basis.
