Fieldmobi is focused on making business software accessible to smaller organizations and teams that find it difficult to roll out traditional applications. Fieldmobi Smart Notes is specifically designed to help these teams move to a field team management platform while their field users continue to send updates in a message format. This means it takes almost no training to get started. Although Smart Notes requires an internet connection to sync and view data on the dashboard as it is a cloud-based application, the mobile app stores any data collected even when offline and transfers it when connectivity returns. This means that any data collected from remote locations will have accurate time and location capture even if there is no internet and will reflect on the dashboard when the mobile is able to send it.

Fieldmobi Smart Notes comes with multi-layer search and filters. This means that you can not only search for one thing at a time but filter down data across multiple fields together. You can also add multiple search parameters in the same field using 'or' and 'and'. These filters don't simply help you find things, they also reflect in reports and graphical analysis. The fields you can search by include:

• Status Alerts - These are a set of buttons that allow you to quickly filter items by their status (New, Read, Important, Critical, Closed, Rejected)
• Team
• Category
• Keywords
• Classification Detected (This is the Category that is detected based on text in images)
• Code
• Text (Message Text)
• Mobile Number (of the user who sent the message)
• Field Person (Name of the user who sent the message)
• Text From Images (Smart Notes automatically converts text from images using OCR so you can search within images too)
• Remarks
• Date
• Select (This allows you to manually select specific items to view using checkboxes)

In the free plan, you have a storage limit of 1GB for your notes. If you exceed this limit, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue adding new notes. Our paid plans provide larger storage capacities to accommodate your needs.

No, Smart Notes allows you to send one note at a time. Each note is sent individually, ensuring that the content is organized and delivered accurately. However, you can quickly and easily create and send multiple notes consecutively within the app.

It is not possible to edit a sent note from the mobile app. However, Managers, Admins and Owners can edit data on the dashboard.

Yes, you can send multiple images, audio files or attachments in a single note. The app allows you to attach and send as many files as you need. The count of attached items is displayed on top of each respective icon for your reference.

Although Fieldmobi helps teams and organizations become more productive it is primarily designed to be collaborative and is more of a field team management and data collection platform than a productivity tool. However, on downloading the app, the default team that shows up under teams is "My Notes". You are the only one gets access to the data sent to this team. This is designed so you can use Fieldmobi as a productivity app too.

Fieldmobi's image capture feature allows users to easily take photos in the field. It also automatically captures the time and location where the photo was taken. This helps prevent proxies and validate the image.
The image attach option is provided so you can easily select and upload image files from your device. It is very similar to the image capture option in terms of features but is kept seperate because the location and time of the image attached cannot be validated.
It is for the same reason that the Image options cannot be edited on the dashboard but attachments can. (Although OCR-based Image-to-Text conversion only happens for images captured or attached using the mobile app)
