1. Sign in to the Dashboard

Go to portal.fieldmobi.com to register and log in

3. Set up Regions & Departments

Set up Departments and Regions within your organization to manage visibility and access to data and modules

4. Add Locations & Partners

Add and manage business locations such as offices and factories with coordinates and business partners such as vendors and customers

2. Create an Organization Account

Create your Organization's Fieldmobi account. If you are an Admin, the account will automatically be created on the mobile application as well.

5. Add Teams, Users & Projects

Create Teams to assign activities and Projects to group activities together. Then add users and add them to the teams.

6. Add Workforce

Add your workforce information and mark if you want to capture attendance for them so they get End User access

Level 2

1. Review/Add Asset Categories

In the Asset Category module under the Asset Management application, you will be able to view asset categories that were previously created in the Products and Services. To add new categories, use click on Create New or the Bulk Upload to create multiple categories at once.

2. Upload Existing Assets

In the Asset List, you can Bulk Upload your existing assets with details such as the asset tag, condition, location, storage, parent asset, and more. Assets should be created under their respective asset categories defined earlier.

Level 3

1. Review/Add Customers

Go to the Customer Accounts module under the Sales and Customer Management application to view customers previously created in the Business Partners module. You can also create new customers using the Create New or Bulk Upload option.

2. Add Revenue Classification

Create categories to manage how revenue will be grouped together. This will determine how to orders balances are shown in the Monthly Order Summary as well as how the Smart Bookkeeping Modules will be updated.

3. Add Products & Services

Select the Products and Services module in the Masters and Setup application. Use the Create New or Bulk Upload option to create a product, service category, or asset category. Make sure to add the Revenue Category to each item.

Level 4

1. Review/Add Vendors

3. Review/Add Products

Under the Material Management application, use the Product Master module to view products previously created in the Products and Services module in Masters and Setup, or create new products using the Create New or Bulk Upload option. Alternatively, in the mobile application, use the Add a Product module to create a product by scanning the vendor part number and capturing an image.

4. Upload Opening Stock

Before you can start using the Material Management modules, you'll need to add you opening stock. This is how the system will now how much stock you currently have. Go to the Opening Stock and Inventory Setup module and Bulk Upload you stock balances. This setup requires details such as product code, stock condition, value, quantity, location, storage, partner, and workforce.
