This could be your own email or a company email, as long as it's actively monitored. This address will be used for login, verification, and communication.

What are “Levels” in the Implementation Checklist?In Fieldmobi, Levels represent your organisation’s digital maturity stages as you implement different modules step-by-step. Each level includes a set of setup actions that build on the previous one, guiding you from basic setup to complete ERP Starter pack setup.

Why is only the Admin able to view the Implementation Checklist? Are there other modules restricted by user roles?The Implementation Guide includes configuration and setup instructions that impact the entire organisation, which is why it is visible only to Admin users. These are typically the people responsible for managing the system rollout and high-level setup.

How do I use the bulk upload feature for Workforce data?You can download the template from the Workforce Master module, fill in the details and save as CSV file. Upload using the Upload feature on the Workforce Master module.

Do I need to be physically at the work location to end my day? What if I forget to mark attendance?Ideally, yes. If location tracking or geofencing is enabled, you are expected to be within the assigned work location when you mark your End Day through the mobile app. This ensures accurate attendance records and location logs. However, if you forget to mark your attendance or cannot be at the location at that time, Your manager or admin can manually update or approve your attendance later. If geofencing is not enforced in your organization settings, you may still be able to mark your attendance remotely.

Can I send a Beeline message before starting or after ending my workday?You can send a Beeline update at any time during the day irrespective of if you have started or ended your day.

How do I auto-generate customer codes to maintain a consistent series?If you don’t enter a customer code while creating a customer, the system auto-generates one in sequence based on the format set by Fieldmobi.

Are there reminders for customer overdue payments, late payments, or follow-ups?Yes. Reminders are based on the Reminder Date. If no action is taken by that date, the customer is marked as Overdue automatically.

Can I create a Sales Order without first raising an Enquiry?Yes, you can create a Sales Order directly without an Enquiry. However, using an Enquiry helps track the full sales journey and follow-ups.

When should I use Milestones within a Sales Order?Use Milestones when the order needs to be delivered, billed, or tracked in stages — like phased deliveries, partial billing, or long-term projects.

Can I create a Purchase Order without final pricing and update it later?Yes, you can create a Purchase Order even if pricing isn’t final. The amount can be edited later before approval or billing.

In a vendor Purchase Order, is the location the vendor’s address or the delivery address?The location refers to the delivery address where the goods or services should be sent, not the vendor's registered address. You can mark the delivery location coordinates on the map.

What should I do if my service type isn’t listed in the dropdown?If your service type isn’t available, you can choose the Other option and fill in the service description for the same.

How do I register a new asset in Fieldmobi?You can register a new asset by selecting the create option in Asset List module, then entering details like asset name, category, purchase date, cost, and assigned user or location. You can also upload a photo or document for reference.

Can I export MIS reports for offline review?Yes. In the MIS dashboard, simply click the Download to Excel button to download reports in excel format or use the generate report option to get a HTML listing report. You can share or analyze them offline.
