How to Add a Customer Invoice through Create New, Bulk Upload or Android/iOS Mobile App Upload in Orders and Receivables Application

Goal 1: Add a Customer Invoice using Create New on the Dashboard

The Manager or Team Lead can create a customer invoice on the Fieldmobi Dashboard💻

Goal 2: Add Customer Invoice using a Bulk Upload on the Dashboard

If you wish to add multiple Customer invoices to the system, the Manager can add them using the Upload Data (Bulk Upload) button on the Fieldmobi Dashboard💻

Add Customer Invoice details as per the downloaded template

Save the Excel file in CSV Format

Choose the CSV File that you just created and upload data

Upon successful completion of the Bulk Upload, you should be able to see "Complete data has been uploaded without Error" message

Goal 3: Add a Customer Invoice using the Android/iOS App

Supervisors, Team Leads or Managers can add a Customer Invoice using the Android/iOS App

Select the Order Number or SO Milestone Number against which the update is to be sent (This will update the connected fields so the user will not have to actively enter them)

Note: Any Customer Invoice added from the Android/iOS App has to be approved on the Dashboard
