How to Add Customer in Sales and Customer Management Application through Create New, Bulk Upload or Android/iOS App and How to Update the Enquiry

Goal 1: Create a New Enquiry through Create New on the Dashboard

Team Leads and Managers can create Enquiries on the Fieldmobi Dashboard💻

Goal 2: Create a New Enquiry using Bulk Upload on the Dashboard

If you wish to add multiple enquiries to the system, the Manager can add them using the Upload Data (Bulk Upload) button on the Fieldmobi Dashboard💻

Add Enquiry details as per the downloaded template

Save the Excel file in CSV Format

Choose the CSV File that you just created and upload data

Upon successful completion of the Bulk Upload, you should be able to see "Complete data has been uploaded without Error" message

Goal 3: Create a New Enquiry using the Android/iOS App

Field Users, Supervisors, Team Leads or Managers can create a New Enquiry using the Fieldmobi Application on the Android/iOS App📱

Note: Any Enquiry added from the Android/iOS App has to be approved on the Dashboard


Goal 4: Send an Update against a raised Enquiry

The Field User (or whoever is sending the update) shares an Enquiry update through the Android/iOS app against the Enquiry raised📱
