Asset Activity Request Cheat Sheet

How to Transfer, Install, Remove, Inspect, Discard and Change Condition of Assets in the Asset Management Application

Goal 1: Asset Transfer Request (to a Location)

Manager or Team Lead raises transfer request with the Asset Key and the Location 💻

Manager approves the Transfer request if raised by the Team Lead and it is assigned to the respective team (will be visible on the app) 💻

The Field User (or whoever is doing the transfer physically on the floor) shares a Transfer update through the Android/iOS app against the transfer (with image capture)📱

Select the Activity Number against which the update is to be sent (This will update the connected fields so the user will not have to actively enter them)

Note: Asset Codes can be scanned using the QR Code if required

Goal 2: Asset Transfer Request (to a Workforce or Partner)

Manager or Team Lead raises transfer request with the Asset Key and the Workforce or Partner 💻

Manager approves the Transfer request if raised by the Team Lead and it is assigned to the respective team (will be visible on the app) 💻

The Field User (or whoever is doing the transfer physically on the floor) shares a Transfer update through the Android/iOS app against the transfer (with image capture)📱

Select the Activity Number against which the update is to be sent (This will update the connected fields so the user will not have to actively enter them)

Goal 3: Asset Install Request

Manager or Team Lead raises an Install Activity Request by selecting the Parent Asset and the Asset Key 💻

Manager approves the Install request if raised by the Team Lead and it is assigned to the respective team (will be visible on the app) 💻

The Field User (or whoever is doing the install physically on the floor) shares an Install update through the Android/iOS app against the install request with image capture📱

Select the Activity Number against which the update is to be sent (This will update the connected fields so the user will not have to actively enter them)

Goal 4: Asset Remove Request

Manager or Team Lead raises a Remove Activity Request by selecting the Asset Key 💻

Manager approves the Remove request if raised by the Team Lead and it is assigned to the respective team (will be visible on the app) 💻

Goal 5: Asset Inspection Request

Manager or Team Lead raises an Inspection Activity Request by selecting the Asset Key 💻

Goal 6: Asset Discard Request

Manager or Team Lead raises a Discard Activity Request by selecting the Asset Key 💻

Manager approves the Discard request if raised by the Team Lead and it is assigned to the respective team (will be visible on the app) 💻

The Field User (or whoever is discarding the asset physically on the floor) shares a Discard update through the Android/iOS app against the Asset Discard Request with image capture📱

Goal 7: Change Asset Condition

To Change the Asset Condition the user will have to share a condition update using the Android/iOS App
