Service Category Master Cheat Sheet

Adding a Service means setting up service categories in the system. You can do this in two ways:

1. On the Dashboard through Create New

2. On the Dashboard through a Bulk Upload

Goal 1: Create a Service using Create New on the Dashboard

If a Service is not in the system yet, the Manager can add a new Service on the Fieldmobi Dashboard💻

Go to: Dashboard > Service Management > Service Category Master > Create New

Goal 2: Add a Service through a Bulk Upload on the Dashboard

If you wish to add multiple service categories to the system, the Manager can add them using the Upload Data (Bulk Upload) button on the Fieldmobi Dashboard💻

Go to: Dashboard > Service Master > Service Category Master > Download Data Template

Add Service details as per the downloaded template

Save the Excel file in CSV Format

Choose the CSV File that you just created and upload data

Upon successful completion of the Bulk Upload, you should be able to see "Complete data has been uploaded without Error" message
