Service Updates Cheat Sheet

Service Updates involve providing progress or status updates on assigned service tasks. This keeps tracking accurate and improves visibility into ongoing work. 📱

Updates can be made in two ways:

• On the Dashboard through Create New

• Through the Android/iOS App

Goal 1: Create a Service Update on the Dashboard

Goal 2: Update a Service Assignment Through the Android/iOS App

Go to: The Fieldmobi Android/iOS App > Select your Account > Select Team > Share a Service Update
