How to View Stock and Track Stock in Stock Balance module of Material Management Application

Goal 1: View Stock Balances by Location

Use the Search and Filter panel on the left to either sort by or filter by the location you wish to view the stock of. This will display Stock Balances in the Location

Goal 2: View Total Stock of a Product Across Locations

Use the Search and Filter panel on the left to either sort by or filter by the Product Code you wish to view the stock of. This will display Stock Balances of the Product across Locations/Partner/Workforce

Goal 3: View all Partner Stock

Filter by Partner Code in the Search and Filter Panel on the left under Advance Filter, to view Stock balance with a specific Partner. You will be able to see stock balances available with the Partner in Specific Locations
