Assigning a Service Activity is the process of linking a specific service job to a team member or department. This step ensures accountability, allows tracking of job progress, and helps streamline service execution. In this section, you’ll learn how to select the service, define the activity details, and assign it to the right team.
Goal 1: Add a Service Assignment using Create New
You can add a Service Assignment directly from the Dashboard using the Create New option. This allows you to manually assign a specific service activity to a team member with all relevant details.
The Manager or Team Lead can create a Service Assignment on the Fieldmobi Dashboard💻
Go to: Dashboard > Service Management > Service Assignment > Create New

Goal 2: Add a Service Assignment through a Bulk Upload
If you wish to assign multiple service activities at once, the Manager can use the Upload Data (Bulk Upload) button on the Fieldmobi Dashboard to quickly add them to the system.
Go to: Dashboard > Service Management > Service Assignment > Download Data Template


Add Service Assignment details as per the downloaded template

Save the Excel file in CSV Format
Choose the CSV File that you just created and upload data
Upon successful completion of the Bulk Upload, you should be able to see "Complete data has been uploaded without Error" message
