How to Transfer, Install, Remove, Update SIM Condition and Discard a SIM in the SIM Management Application
Goal 1: Transferring a SIM to another Stock Location
Support raises transfer request to a Stock Location - Support raises transfer request with SIM and Stock Location 💻
In the SIM Card Activity Assignment Module: The Assignment is marked as "Pending"
Approves and assigns remove request to team - Manager approves the Transfer request and it is assigned to the respective team (will be visible on the app) 💻
In the SIM Card Activity Assignment Module: The Assignment is marked as "Assigned"
Office Admin shares a transfer update via mobile app -The Office Admin shares transfer update via mobile app and marks update status as Done. 📱
In the SIM Card Activity Assignment Module: The Assignment is marked as "Done"
In the SIM Card Master Module: The SIM's assigned stock location updates based on the latest activity update
In the SIM Card Summary: The count of SIM card plans at a stock location increases when a SIM with the corresponding Subscription Status (e.g., Pending, Active) is transferred to that stock location.
Goal 2: Transferring a SIM to a Workforce
Support raises transfer request to a Workforce -Support raises transfer request with SIM and Recipient 💻
In the SIM Card Activity Assignment Module: The Assignment is marked as "Pending"
Approves and assigns transfer request to team - Manager approves the Transfer request and it is assigned to the respective team (will be visible on the app) 💻
In the SIM Card Activity Assignment Module: The Assignment is marked as "Assigned"
Office Admin shares a transfer update via mobile app - The Office Admin shares transfer update via mobile app and marks update status as "Done". 📱
In the SIM Card Activity Assignment Module: The Assignment is marked as "Done"
In the SIM Card Master Module: The SIM's assigned workforce updates based on the latest activity update.
In the SIM Card Summary: The count of SIM card plans with that workforce increases when a SIM with the corresponding Subscription Status (e.g., Pending, Active) is transferred to that workforce
Goal 3: Installing a SIM in an Asset
Raise a Install request - Support raises an Install Activity Request by selecting the Parent Asset and the SIM Key 💻
In the SIM Card Activity Assignment Module: The Assignment is marked as "Pending"
Approve and Assign the Install Request - Manager approves the Install request and it is assigned to the respective team (will be visible on the app) 💻
In the SIM Card Activity Assignment Module: The Assignment is marked as "Assigned"
Field Worker shares install update via mobile app - The Field Worker shares an update through the mobile app against the install activity request and mark the update status as Done. 📱
In the SIM Card Activity Assignment Module: The Assignment is marked as "Done"
In the SIM Card Master Module: The Alert Status (of the SIM Card) becomes "Utilized" and the Parent is updated
In the SIM Card Summary: The "Utilized" count of SIM card plans increases when a SIM with the corresponding Subscription Status (e.g., Pending, Active) is installed
Goal 4: Removing a SIM from an Asset
Raise a Remove request - Support raises an Remove Activity Request by selecting the Parent Asset and the SIM Key 💻
In the SIM Card Activity Assignment Module: The Assignment is marked as "Pending"
Approves and assigns remove request to team - Manager approves the Remove request and it is assigned to the respective team (will be visible on the app) 💻
In the SIM Card Activity Assignment Module: The Assignment is marked as "Assigned"
Field Worker shares remove update via mobile app - The Field Worker shares an update through the mobile app against the remove activity request and mark the update status as Done. 📱
In the SIM Card Activity Assignment Module: The Assignment is marked as "Done"
In the SIM Card Master Module: The Alert Status (of the SIM Card) becomes "Usable" and the Parent is removed
In the SIM Card Summary: The "Usable" count of SIM card plans increases when a SIM with the corresponding Subscription Status (e.g., Pending, Active) is removed
Goal 5: Updating SIM Condition
Support/Field Worker updates SIM status - Support or Field Worker updates SIM condition via app with the SIM Key and the SIM Condition Status 📱

In the SIM Card Master Module: The Alert Status (of the SIM Card) becomes "Usable", "Damaged", "Missing" and "Flagged" based on the Update sent
In the SIM Card Summary: The corresponding count of SIM card plans increases based on the corresponding Subscription Status (e.g., Pending, Active)
Goal 6: Discard SIM
Support/Field Worker shares a discard SIM update - Support or Field Worker selects the Activity Type as "Discard" in the app, enters the SIM Key, and submits the update to officially mark the SIM as discarded and remove it from active use. 📱

In the SIM Card Master Module: The Alert Status (of the SIM Card) becomes "Discarded"
In the SIM Card Summary: The "Discarded" count of SIM card plans increases based on the corresponding Subscription Status (e.g., Pending, Active)
