How to Transfer, Install, Remove, Update SIM Condition and Discard a SIM in the SIM Management Application
Goal 1: Transferring a SIM to another Location
Support raises transfer request to a Location - Support raises transfer request with SIM and Recipient 💻
In the SIM Card Activity Assignment Module: The Assignment is marked as "Pending"
Approves and assigns remove request to team - Manager approves the Transfer request and it is assigned to the respective team (will be visible on the app) 💻
In the SIM Card Activity Assignment Module: The Assignment is marked as "Assigned"
Office Admin shares a transfer update via mobile app -The Office Admin shares transfer update via mobile app and marks update status as Done. 📱
In the SIM Card Activity Assignment Module: The Assignment is marked as "Done"
In the SIM Card Master Module: The SIM's assigned location updates based on the latest activity update
In the SIM Card Summary: The count of SIM card plans at a location increases when a SIM with the corresponding Subscription Status (e.g., Pending, Active) is transferred to that location.
