How to Add Workforce in Workforce Management Application through Create New, Bulk Upload or Android/iOS App
Goal 1: Add a Workforce Through Create New on the Dashboard
If someone is not yet in the system, the Admin and Manager can add them from the Fieldmobi Dashboard.
Steps:
Go to Workforce Management → Workforce Master → Create New
Fill in the details for the new workforce member
To allow the person to mark their own attendance, set Self Attendance to Yes.
Set it to No if you don’t want them to do it themselves.
Assign the Workforce to a Roster. To
Assign a Role:
Supervisor: Can add new workforce members using the Fieldmobi mobile app and can also mark attendance for others.
Field User: Can report expenses and submit leave requests.


Goal 2: Add a Workforce Through Bulk Upload on the Dashboard
If you wish to add multiple workforce to the system, the Admin can add them using the Upload Data (Bulk Upload) button on the Fieldmobi Dashboard under the Workforce Master module💻

Add Workforce details as per the downloaded template

Save the Excel file in CSV Format and Upload the file

Goal 3: Add a Workforce Using the Android/iOS App
If you’re the Admin (the person who created the account) or a Supervisor, you’ll see the Add Workforce option on your phone.
Steps:
Open the Fieldmobi Mobile App
Tap on your Organization
Select Add Workforce
Fill in the required details and Submit


Note: Any Workforce added from the Android/iOS App has to be approved on the Dashboard
