How to Delete Data

To delete a message, click on the desired message, and wait for the display panel to open.
Once the display panel is open. Click on edit.
Scroll Down to the bottom of the display panel. Change the “Data Status” from “Active” to “Inactive” and “Submit”
Once you have submitted, go to “Edit” once again
Scroll Down to the bottom of the display panel. Change the “Data Status” from “Inactive” to “Delete” and “Submit”
